Selling a Home

Why do I need a Realtor to sell my house?
The best thing a Realtor can offer you is access to a Multiple Listing Service.
When your property information is entered into this type of a database it can
be accessed by all the Realtors within the area and in turn by all the clients
that those Realtors represent.

Advertising your house locally may produce a few buyers, but the MLS is
how Realtors do their shopping.

So what do you do, anyway?
When I help you sell your house I put my commitment in writing with the
CENTURY 21 Seller Service Pledge.  It guarantees that I will:

  • provide a comprehensive marketing plan for your property
  • furnish you with a written Competitive Market Analysis
  • discuss various financing alternatives
  • review local marketing conditions and procedures
  • install the internationally recognized CENTURY 21 sign
  • include your property in the CENTURY 21 Referral system
  • provide you regular progress reports
  • show your property to qualified buyers
  • offer my assistance in your search for new property
  • submit all written offers and assist with negotiations
  • provide an estimate of your net proceeds
  • monitor pre-settlement activities through closing

So what's the bottom line?
The bottom line is that using a Realtor is the best way to get a house sold.
Your mission is to find a Realtor that's right for you.  I'd like to apply for the job.  If you're
thinking about selling, you will want to start with a Competitive Market Analysis.
